1. General Information

2. Payment
We accept payment via MobilePay. Since all our products are custom-made to your specifications (Bestillingskøb), payment is captured when production begins. Production will begin within 7 business days of your order. All prices are in DKK and include VAT where applicable.
3. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in Denmark. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Delivery time is typically 2-5 business days. Custom 3D printed orders may have longer lead times, which will be communicated upon order confirmation.
4. Right of Withdrawal (Fortrydelsesret)
Custom-Made Goods (Bestillingskøb): The products available in this shop are made to your specific order and specifications. Therefore, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started.
By placing an order, you consent to the production starting, and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ceases when production begins.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at dainasosolutions@gmail.com. If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel the order.
5. Returns
As our products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a defect covered by the warranty (see below).
6. Product Nature (3D Printing)
Please note that our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology. This means that minor variations in surface texture, visible layer lines, and small artifacts may occur. These are characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
7. Complaint Handling (Reklamationsret)
The Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) rules apply to purchases. When you trade with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can basically get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
