Pricing
Pricing
General description of how products are priced.
Pricing & Materials
Pricing is determined based on material choice and design complexity. Similar to injection moulding, we offer volume discounts on larger orders of the same design.
By default, all designs remain the intellectual property of Dainaso, unless the customer chooses to purchase full design rights.
Material selection affects the final price:
PLA is the most cost-effective option
ASA, TPU, and engineering-grade materials like PPS-CF10 are more expensive due to their advanced properties and handling requirements
If your design allows, we can also print multi-material parts, combining different properties within the same component for added functionality.

Common
An advanced PLA filament offering high stiffness and improved fracture toughness. It’s ideal for detailed models and prototypes that don’t require high mechanical durability. Dimensional stability is good for non-functional parts.
Heat Resistance: Limited – suitable for low-heat applications
Vicat Softening Temp: 45°C
Common
Durable and impact-resistant filament with reduced odor during printing. Best suited for functional parts that require toughness. Offers very good dimensional stability when printed with proper temperature control or enclosure.
Heat Resistance: Good – handles mild thermal stress
Vicat Softening Temp: 103.4°C
Less common
Flexible filament with high elasticity and excellent toughness. Maintains shape under stress and performs well in vibration-damping applications. Dimensional stability is good for flexible parts.
Heat Resistance: Limited – avoid sustained heat exposure
Vicat Softening Temp: ~70°C
Less common
UV- and weather-resistant filament for outdoor applications. Strong and durable, with excellent dimensional stability and Z-axis strength. A reliable ABS alternative in tough environments.
Heat Resistance: High – withstands sun and heat exposure
Vicat Softening Temp: 105.3°C
Engineering
Industrial-grade, carbon fiber-reinforced filament with extreme strength and dimensional stability. Minimal warping and moisture resistance make it ideal for harsh, high-load environments.
Heat Resistance: Very high – for high-temperature and chemical-exposed parts
Vicat Softening Temp: 267.5°C
Engineering
Tough and high-performance filament for mechanically demanding parts. Offers excellent wear resistance, flexibility, and strength. Dimensional stability is strong when dry, but may degrade with moisture.
Heat Resistance: Very high – ideal for gears, brackets, and structural parts
Vicat Softening Temp: 180°C
